The Marketing analyst is responsible for studying the market conditions to assess the potential sales and products. This individual is focused on helping the organization increase product marketability and project needed services.
Duties and responsibilities
P23 Labs staff is expected to serve and protect patients by adhering to professional standards, all established policies, and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and/or accrediting requirements. Responsibilities listed below should be escalated to department and/or P23 Labs’ Chief Executive Officer.
Including, but not limited to:
- Forecast and monitor sales trends.
- Gather consumer and competitor data.
- Prepare reports for leadership team to analyze trends.
- Utilize statistical software for data analysis.
- Respond to media, marketing and social inquiries.
- Report and filter customer concerns that are generated on social platforms.
- Monitor, update, and screen website to remain relevant and interactive.
- Generate innovative marketing strategies to help increase visibility across outlets.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Creates documents to promote products and services.
- Restructures and creates documents to appropriately represent organizations brand
- Responsible for saving all documents, communications and forms to appropriate share point or one drive sites
- Maintains timely communication via social platforms with vendors, clients, and employees
- Partners with leadership to create interactive, creative and unique activities to engage employees and consumers
- Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls).
- Handle complaints, returns, and pricing issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist customers with order discrepancies and requests for information.
- Must be responsive to client’s, vendor’s, community’s and patient’s requests.
- Completes follow up phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Performs any directly related job duties as assigned by leadership.
- Carries out all position expectations in a professional manner.
- Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to comply with confidentiality of patient and employees’ records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working conditions
- May be exposed to noise, dirt, dust, fumes, loud noises, and blood borne pathogens.
- Emergent situations could extend working hours or require infrequent weekend work.
- Inside and sedentary, requires sitting and standing for long periods of time.
- Work is performed in an office environment and at outside locations.
- Occasional stress in dealing with multiple tasks.

- Must be able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, and grasping, talking, hearing, and seeing.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. independently and greater than 40 lbs. with assistance.
- Climbing - Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
- Hearing/Speaking - Effective communication with employees, supervisors/managers, and staff.
