Of course. We have a very low user error rate of less than 1%.
Our sensitivity for self-collection is 99% and for PCR testing, it’s 98%.
Yes, all you have to do is let us know your country of origin when you place your order.
For most of our tests, the turnaround time ranges between 48-72 hours.
We format all our results using PDF, so it’s easy to navigate.
You just have to log on to the patient portal, and you’ll find your results there.
We currently don’t have a method for exporting results, but you may download the PDF we supply you with.
Every test kit is analyzed in-house here at P23 labs.
We currently have the authorization to ship within the USA and Canada. Please watch this section for updates as we expand our market globally.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes domestically or internationally.
For safety reasons for our clients, patients, and staff, we do not allow drop-offs to the lab under any circumstances.
The lab contains an active COVID-19 virus. If you are a visitor, you could expose yourself to unnecessary risks to COVID-19 from travel and the lab environment. You also put our lab staff at risk if you are unknowingly dropping off a positive test. We ask that you kindly follow our instructions within your test kit and send in your samples.
As per our EUA from the FDA, all sales of COVID-19 test kits are final. We cannot issue refunds nor accept returns.

Unfortunately, no, as the kit must be used for testing use only.
We do have combined test kits. Ask your physician to order the P23 respiratory ONE.
Yes. We report any information we have. For most of our studies, we do not have any patient demographics. Each participant is given a study number. If we do not have names and dates of births, there is nothing for us to report, and that would be up to the PI/owner to report. This language would go into your lab services agreement.
Each COVID-19 test bought through our website is $129. Expedited shipping can be purchased at check out.
We do not provide our TIN to patients. The TIN is considered PHI, proprietary information, and it should be treated as a social security number. Patients can inform the payor to contact our customer services line and make the request for someone to contact them.
The shelf life of the TaqPath SARS-CoV-2 Assay is six months.
